FAQ
What is supervision?
Supervision is an intentional relationship between two people for the purposes of considering the workplace role of the 'supervisee'. It can also take a group approach. This consideration may include issues such as people management, structures, accountability, workplace tension and conflict, transitions in role, leadership and management, change management, self-care, managing priorities ... to name a few. The issues to be considered are determined by the supervisee.
Supervision is a 'reflective practice'. This means that it is more than just being given advice as to what to do but encourages reflection upon the issues at hand, formulating options going forward, goal setting and review.
